Admission to Master’s Programs
List of Documents Required for Admission to Master's Programs
- Application for admission to studies;
- Passport of a foreign citizen or identity document of a foreign citizen;
- Document confirming registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system (SNILS or other document) (if you have it);
- Consent statement for the processing of personal data;
- Recognized education and qualification document — diploma title page and its supplement.
- A foreign state education document must be submitted with a certificate of recognition of foreign education, except in cases where, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or an international treaty, recognition of foreign education is not required.
- The certificate of recognition of foreign education must be submitted no later than the deadline for submitting consent for enrollment (for state-funded places) or no later than the day of concluding contracts (for fee-paying places).
- Applicants may submit one or more education documents.
- If it is necessary to create special conditions for taking internal entrance examinations — a document confirming disability or limited health capabilities on the day of its submission (hereinafter — document on disabilities/limited health capabilities);
- Documents confirming individual achievements that are taken into account upon admission to studies;
- A photograph of the applicant (in e-form, passport-style, meeting the following requirements: black-and-white or color; face must be centered in the frame; light background).
! Documents obtained in a foreign state must be legalized unless otherwise provided for by an international treaty or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
! Documents completed in a foreign language must be submitted with a translation into Russian, certified by a notary (including by a consular official), unless otherwise provided for by an international treaty of the Russian Federation.
Procedure for Submitting Documents to Master's Programs
- Fill out the registration form and the questionnaire for prospective master’s applicants in your personal account on the website: https://intma.mgimo.ru/auth/login;
- Upload documents in electronic format for verification;
- Wait for the Admissions Committee to verify your documents;
- Shortly thereafter, you will receive an invitation to the selection events.
Admissions Committee will review your application in advance and inform you if any corrections need to be made to the application or if any required documents are missing.
After successful verification, the applicant will receive a confirmation to the email address provided during registration. Admission to the master’s programs will open on June 20.
